How do I add employees to my company?
Navigate to the Employee Management section in your admin dashboard. Click "Add New Employee" and fill in their details including employee ID, name, and shift template.
How do workers clock in using the QR code?
Workers can use the Stagetrac Worker Portal app on their mobile device. Simply scan the QR code displayed at the workstation to instantly log in and start tracking their tasks.
Can I track jobs offline?
Yes! The Worker Portal app has offline capability. Workers can continue tracking tasks without an internet connection, and data will sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
How do I create job templates?
Go to Job Manager in your dashboard, then access the Template Editor. You can create templates with predefined tasks and processes that can be reused for similar jobs.
What are the plan limits?
The free plan includes up to 5 employees and 20 active jobs. For larger teams, please contact us about our premium plans.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
