Same Stagetrac workflow as any Android device. Workers scan, select a task, and get on with the job.
Note: A Stagetrac account is required to use the device. The free Pilot plan is sufficient - a paid subscription is not required.

Yes. Stagetrac works on most Android devices. No special hardware is required.
This device is an optional convenience for workshops that prefer a ready-to-use, pre-configured option.
You connect it to your workshop Wi-Fi during setup.
If your workshop does not have reliable Wi-Fi, you can add your own SIM card. The device supports dual SIM (nano-SIM + eSIM). SIM card is not included.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 includes Samsung Australia's standard 2-year manufacturer warranty on the phone.
Contact Stagetrac first for any warranty or fault issue at admin@stagetrac.com. We will arrange the appropriate remedy.
If a repair or assessment is needed, we will provide return instructions so you can ship the device back to us. We will then process the claim with Samsung where applicable.
The Stagetrac branded case is supplied by Stagetrac. It is not covered by Samsung's warranty, but it is covered under your Australian Consumer Law rights when purchased with the device.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to the manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded.

14-21 business days. Each device is sourced, configured, and shipped after your order is placed.
Unopened devices can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

For faulty goods, your rights under Australian Consumer Law may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact Stagetrac and we will arrange the return.
Warranty information
Warranty and returns
Samsung manufacturer warranty: 2 years. For all warranty and return requests, contact admin@stagetrac.com.
- Contact Stagetrac at admin@stagetrac.com for any warranty, fault, or return enquiry. We are your first point of contact as the seller.
- The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 is covered by Samsung Australia's standard 2-year manufacturer warranty on the phone from the date of purchase.
- In-box battery: covered for 24 months under Samsung's warranty.
- In-box accessories: covered for 6 months under Samsung's warranty.
- If a repair or assessment is needed, we will provide return instructions. You ship the device back to us and we will process the claim with Samsung where applicable.
- The Stagetrac branded case is supplied by Stagetrac. It is not covered by Samsung's warranty, but it is covered under your Australian Consumer Law rights.
What is not covered
- Misuse, physical abuse, or damage from drops beyond the device's rated resistance
- Water damage beyond the IP68 rating (e.g. submerged beyond 1.5m / 30 minutes, or in salt water)
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Data loss - back up your data regularly
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Stagetrac will handle warranty and return requests on your behalf when you contact us.
