How to Register Your Workshop on Stagetrac
Set up your manufacturing job tracking system in minutes. Create your company dashboard, configure settings, and start tracking jobs digitally.
Step 1: Go to stagetrac.com and Create an Account
To register your company, click "Get Started Free" on the homepage.
You will need to use a business email address. Free email providers such as Gmail or Yahoo are not accepted because Stagetrac is designed for registered businesses.
Your registration email becomes your primary account administrator. This email can:
- Add supervisors
- Change branding
- Manage subscriptions
- Control company settings
Step 2: Set Up Company Details
Enter your company information:
- Company name - Your business name as it will appear on dashboards and job cards
- Time zone - Ensures accurate time tracking for your location
- Dashboard URL - The private link supervisors use to log in
Your dashboard URL is especially useful if:
- You run multiple branches
- You manage separate divisions
- You want dedicated dashboards per site
Step 3: Upload a Company Banner (Optional)
For best results, use a 5:1 horizontal image. This banner appears on:
- Supervisor dashboards
- Printed job cards
- Exported time sheets
A professional banner helps brand your job cards and makes printed materials look professional when shared with clients.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
Once verified, your workshop job tracking system is ready to use.
You can now:
- Add employees
- Create processes
- Build job templates
- Generate QR job cards
